It was a great pleasure and a privilege working with Cathy. I was worried that it will not be easy for me to get and qualify for a LTC due to my age, but Cathy work diligently to find the right coverage for me that gave me a peace of mind. She is very pleasant and knowledgeable. With her I know I'm in good hands.
Cathy is patient, honest and very clear about long-term health insurance. The first thing she did was to reassure me that the insurance is NOT too expensive for someone my age to buy; I'm 69. She answered all my questions, repeats and otherwise, and never showed irritation or pushiness when I faltered. Cathy always gave me honest assessments of my chances of being accepted. I met with Cathy to learn about long-term care coverage. This was a virtual meeting, both of us on our computers while viewing her screen. Her presentation cleared up a lot of misconceptions and questions I had, allowing me to make a well-informed decision.
